Could this be a DX? Kind of looks like the eyes are movable.

Not sure how licensing for 1/6 works but JazzInc is doing the batmobile, so I assume HT can't.
Jazzinc was in talks with Universal to do the DeLorean and thought they had it until Hot Toys announced the 2nd film Time Machine and couldn't do it, so I assume its the same here?

I'd be happy to pick up the deluxe figure here and then Jazzinc's Batmobile. I haven't seen the film yet so I'm undecided on the bike.

Anyone kind of iffy on the fabric going all the way up to the chest armor? I thought the entire upper torso was in armor.

Hard to tell what kind of material his ab sections are. Looks like it could be flexible and not hard armor plates.

Damn. So where is the official preorder. The figure looks great but until we see official pics I won’t get excited. Still haven’t put that nightwing up for preorder after showing him off at a con .

Things could have changed, but Joost in one of his videos said he will steer clear of anything Hot Toys does. Joost does great work with the DC license, but it was clear from the video he doesn't want to get into a competition with them.

OMG everything looks so good this is what I expect from hot toys this feels like a real DX set with that base which I really believe is the best base Hot toys has done for a 1/6 figure. can't wait to see better pictures of the unmasked sculpt.

I like that the chest plate blends in more with the ab section in the movie. The contrast between the two on the HT version stands out more. Hopefully they use a darker material on the production piece.

I’ll be honest, and, maybe, it was an unrealistic expectation: I was kind of hoping the bat was metal and/or plastic with a magnet and removable from the chest plate.

That might be more of a stunt material. Those days were rain soaked so the armor does look darker than other photos of the armor I've seen.

Definitely looks like a fabric below the chest plate. I am hoping that the HT figure has some type of red light hitting it cause it is a pretty obvious contrast. I've been wondering if we would get this, as it is accurate to the hero costume, but slightly unappealing as McFarlane and other toy makers have color adjusted it for it to be more gray or black to fit with the chest and cowl/cape.

I'm honestly fine with it not being that because knowing Hot Toys, those magnets will start falling out and people will lose that batarang left and right.
