I wonder why they were showing the digital sculpt without the glasses then? What a wasted opportunity.

The detail is still visible through the glasses I believe. From their website:

"Although he wears his famous sunglasses, the details of the Terminator’s human eye as well as the cybernetic eye are there and pushed to the maximum."

I'm honestly glad it didn't, I hate light up features in figures or statues. I always check it works when I receive it and then I never use it again.
Why do you hate them? They just add to the “wow” factor if done right. I feel like having the red glow from the endo eye underneath the gargoyles would add a ton of presence.

- Added expense for something that I won't use
- Hassle of installing batteries or ugly plug in
- I would never leave batteries in a expensive collectible for fear of corrosion
- If you ever have to sell it, it's just another thing you have to worry about going wrong

My 1/4 Enterbay BD Terminator and HT DX13 has a light up eye and I never use them either. I know a lot of collectors love light up gimmicks, but they've never impressed me.:dunno

I don't care for light up features either for those same reasons. The bad outweighs the good. For accuracy sake the glow of the endo eye can never be seen through the glasses....although you do actually see the eye that isn't supposed to be there in one shot.

If you use a lithium battery, there's no corrosion.
