Now that I'm interested in an OT Stormtrooper, they're nowhere to be found..

Ah well, such is the nature of this hobby

Were due for some troopers I think too, maybe next year between Andor, Book of Boba, Kenobi and S3 of Mando.

It's been a few years since the ROTJ 2 pack.

Watch eBay for an ANH stormtrooper set, they show up from time to time and usually go for $500. $250 per sold-out trooper is not too bad.

OT stuff will usually sell faster than others. Troopers too, because many collectors buy more than one. I've had this experience with the ugly Sideshow Snow Commander, though I'm in luck and in a couple months I might have one in a trade.

It's crazy that the only SDCC preorder we have got is the ROTJ Scout/Speeder. And I thought that one would take longer than some of the Mando stuff. Hot Toys has been doing preorders for Marvel hot garbage.

Especially with all that they showed during SDCC, you'd think one or 2 of the other figures previewed would of found their way on the Pre-Order list. Yelena coming out of nowhere after Red Guardian has been shown as a few cons already was a surprise.

I was hoping they'd surprise us with a few older figures that never popped up *coughGeneralKenobicough* during these hiatus between TBB and Boba Fett. But nothing. Especially with how much Marvel we'll get during November and December with Eternals and Spidey.

Though it has been rough for us, DC fans have it worse, they're approaching 3 months without a new pre-order.

Eternals releases next week so probably Thena? Who knows how many Eternals they'll announce.

Damnit... I was really hoping for a Star Wars announcement this week. On the one hand it's good for the wallet, but it just has been too long since the last one.

Also, why do they use the excisting live-action Vision-sculpt for this animated version of Ultron, but give an animated sculpt to Captain Carter? Not really consistent.

I thought the same and I'm thinking that the size and the fact it's diecast gives us hope that a Grievous might be coming sooner than later. I don't know how much reusability is there, but it sure does have that Grievous vibe... I bought the SSC one recently so it would stand to reason that HT would release their own Grievous soon...

Yeah, really weird that. It looked nailed on to be the last one released, especially with the Mando Scout + bike still so readily available. At this stage we'll be lucky if we get Cobb Vanth, Koska, and the Battle Droids before the onslaught of BOBF figures. I think the likes of Axe Woves and the Super Battle Droid have zero chance of seeing release at this point.

I'm hoping they scrap that SBD design and go to the AOTC/ROTS SBD. The one we got in Mando was a cheap copy, due to budget of course, but it would be unfortunate if we got that over the AOTC/ROTS one.

I'm with you on that. Of all the recently previewed figures that's the one figure that I feel comfortable saying I'd pass on and not regret it. It's PT design or nothing. Really losing interest in the Hot Toys Mando versions of classic OT (PT in this case) figures. On one hand it's great that they're re-introducing certain characters/designs through the show, on the other it's kind of annoying that Hot Toys jump on those versions rather than the more accurate original look. Then again of course they would because all things The Mandalorian are hot. I really hope Book of Boba manages to produce more faithful designs for the likes of the Gamorrean Guard etc.

Well...drat. That's disappointing. I was looking forward to seeing more of her. Makes me a little reluctant to get the figure now, if they even push it to production.
