There's two very distinct faces he makes before he's about to lay waste to the Uruk-hai horde. Maybe something like this would be better than an open mouth expression?

The second photo has a slightly open mouth but I'm sure you could sculpt it closed.

I would prefer a serious look like the first pic above but not the angry look from the second pic above.

The only other option I would like to see is the following:

Yes I think that serious ready for war sternness in the top picture is what comes to mind when I think of Helms Deep Aragorn. It’s all in the massive underbite of his jaw. A slightly opened mouth would be nice but I don’t know of many sculpts to ever accurately capture a fully open screaming mouth. Very tough to achieve as it affects every other part of the face too.
I’m glad we can all acknowledge just how difficult to replicate Viggo’s face it. It’s kind of long and wide at the same time while also being very angular yet rounded. He has a distinctive brow but no eyebrows, a tall forehead but not from a receded hairline, wide and thin lips that still appear full. It’s the perfect mishmash of contradictions.
Good luck on 4.0, Asmus sculptors.

It's so odd! Such a testament to Viggo's mysterious, sculpt-resistant face, that to my eye, each of the three versions above are about 85% there, but it's a different 85% for each of them. They all look like Viggo but in different ways. What is this facial witchcraft!?

I think it is when Veggo plays Aragorn, he is so much NOT like Veggo.

In case, all the Aragorn collectible in the market include our previous one, is like Aragorn, but not like Veggo.
The balance to get both likeness is yet been achieved in any level of collectible.

I think my advice would be not to use pictures of the actor out of costume or post the movies’ release because Aragorn has a very specific look- and to also call him Viggo. I feel like he had quite a filled in, youthful face during the making of LOTR but as time went on, he lost weight which really accentuated the prominence of his bone structure.
Weta couldn’t even get his face right on the latest Aragorn statue and their Faramir is spot on so, even if you get a 90% likeness it’ll still be the best anyone’s ever achieved.

Any chance of some more pictures of the costume and boots? I’d really like a closer look at the material used for chainmail.

the stern face expression you provide in your first small pic would be a perfect #4
(much better than open mouth mess)
