It'll be fun to see if OSK beats HT to a civilian T'Challa outfit with a color matched body to use with the spare headsculpt that comes with the suit. It seems like exactly the sort of thing they would pounce on, pun intended.

The outfit and throne just seemed like icing on the cake but now I don't think I'll buy the throne. Just the parted out head.

My thoughts exactly. I'm running out of detolf space so I'd have passed at half the price, but it seems strange that they'd release this without the casual T'Challa figure they displayed it with at the shows.

They probably figure they'll recoup their investment on R&D by releasing just the throne at the $110 instead of releasing it with the figure at $330.

Wasn't this just released a few weeks ago in HK? It should be 4-8 weeks then to Sideshow.

Anyway the trend is lately small batches at first and then a big one months later it seems. I imagine the throne is a pretty easy piece though, hardly much to put together.

yeah I got an email from SSC today stating that the throne would be delayed. I'm really considering canceling and moving my down payment to something else
