Which Current MARVEL movie villains are most wanted?

I would like Doctor Octopus from SM2, Green Goblin from SM and Mystique on my shelf

But being a huge Joker fan I would really want to have Harley Quinn more than any of the others

I know she would not be a perfect fit with my Nicholson or Ledger Jokers but I would not care.

DC not Marvel.

I still want a Thanos but i was thinking if a Ant Man movie ever does come out a 1/6 Ultron would blow my mind, he is hands down my favorite Marvel villain ever. If i ever have a HT 1/6 Ultron and Thanos i will be forever happy with my HT villains. If they wanna throw in a Vision at some point as well that would be great. (I know Vision is technically a good guy but he started as a villain.

I think magneto -fassbender is the best choice.
