It's mostly Tony's time and materials

Regardless of it being 'his' time and materials, it still sets him back about $1billion a suit at least... plus, the company will not be solely his, so there will be shareholders etc that would be a bit ****ed off that the boss keeps spending company profits on his hobby!

Two or three suits may have been realistic... but at least 46?
