so what do we do with the older release? i doubt they are in scale and they look different.

If it helps internationally, BBTS also sells these for the same price as Super7.

These are the exact same as the older releases just with new accessories and extra heads. Same scale as the Matty and super 7 MOTU line.

I'd recommend keeping the old releases because they will be identical except they will be made with a higher quality plastic and have more durable paint apps. I'm very grateful for Super7 for filling in the gaps for Moto classics and now thundercats but they aren't quite up to the calibre of Mattel's product (though they are definitely improving).

I have all of the originals except for the thunder kittens so I can?t see myself spending the money on the rereleases from super 7 but I am tempted by the extras. I wish I knew what their lineup was going to be and if the sales of the initial 4 was to gauge interest to continue the line I?d be willing to buy in to get the new ones they have planned.

Really excited about this line now that MOTU Classics is dead

Hopefully there’s enough interest in this line to go deep enough to get characters like The Lunataks, Berbils, Beserkers, Driller, Mandora etc.... maybe this can even expand to Silverhswks and Tigersharks under the same license since they appeared in the 2011 reboot.

Looks like they're still having problems with the female hips. Cheetara has the same issue on the prototype. Hope they fix that.

I wonder if the plan with their price point was to absorb some of the extra costs for larger figures. There will be the same thing with Mutagen Man and Bebop in the Turtles line. Which is nice.

I got all of these but Captain Cracker. I actually think Cracker looks really fun. But just hitting the major players in this line, with a few fun extras in the mix.

They HAD to do Slithe.I liked looking at this line but now I gotta buy.

Slithe was probably the ThunderCats figure I played with most as a kid. I was into it early enough that I had first series versions of the core characters, but all i wanted was a Jaga. by the time they finally released him in the third series i couldn't find him anywhere and was starting to move on to other things. much like your Slithe, i didn't have any interest in this line until Jaga. now i'm in full tilt. funny how that ONE figure'll end up costing you hundreds to complete the family of characters.
