Man the ^^^^ up Eli. This guy eats 11 raw egg whites for breakfast and you can't stomach a little spoiled cottage cheese for the kids?:lol:lol:lol

This is where it's at sons, got errr done this morning, the lite meal last night made me so hungry for a glass of the good stuff dis morning :lol

You had me for a second, referring to cottage cheese as perfectly good food. I have tried to eat that crap so many times with all kinds of fruit. I just can't do it.
 
Says the guy who eats raw egg whites. I imagine you don't have many problems eating anything.:lol:lol:lol

So far today we've got on the menu....

10 egg whites
1 sweet potato
1 cup almonds
2 turkey burgers
3 cups of broccoli
8oz steak
1/2 pound of ground turkey (spaghetti)
2 cups of whole wheat pasta (spaghetti)

and... it's 2:11 p.m. here

edit: gallon of water
 
Toss some diced pinapple or mandarin on the cottage cheese
the texture doesnt change but the taste does...

For those of you looking for healthy snacks I highly reccommend the Kashi brand. Here's some of my favorites...

Kashi pizzas Mexicali, Roasted Veggie, Margarita, 4 cheese
Kashi granola bars peanut butter, pumpkin pie (taste like a real piece of pumpkin pie)

Here's a quick and healthy lunch that taste great as well...

Buffalo Chicken Wrap:
Flat Out lite wraps
Perdue original roasted chicken pre cooked and cut
Frank's Buffalo sauce
Kraft No fat cheeder cheese
Hearts of Romaine lettuce

Take 3/4 cup chicken and heat it up on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes then put on plate.
Take your Wrap and toss it in skillet on low to heat it up and put the chicken back on.
Pour desired amount of Frank's on the chicken.
Put 1/4 cheese on the chicken and let it melt a little
Take wrap off stove put on plate and add lettuce and roll it up to eat.

I'll sometimes take that kashi cereal and just eat it dry as a snack.
