It's been three years since I've started working out. Over the last year I've gotten into serious bodybuilding. It's changed my life and I love it more than I ever though I would.

Any tips on lower back pain after training? Or long days at work in a chair. I try stretching and workouts that target my lower back but still have trouble.

Don't ask us. We may look like we know what we're talking about, but it's always best to seek advice from a professional. I would go to a walk-in clinic ... depending on the severity they may ask you to see a specialist. If it isn't that serious. Rest. Lots of rest. It sucks to hear that, but why make a small problem into a much bigger one because you were/are impatient? Time (and in this case, rest) heals all things. You know better than all of us the severity.

I had lower back pain for years, finally a dr mentioned tight hamstrings apparently most men have them and seated jobs can cause it or make it worse. Mainly leg stretchers, but speak to your doctor. For me years of back pain gone after a few weeks of stretches.
I literally been in tears and need my wife to take my weight to walk me into a doctors but have had no issues since
