Been lifting for the past 20 yrs, power lifted in college, still lift 4 times a week
Lots of barbell work, squats, etc
Need to work on diet, but not to motivated to
 
What I look like now (yes I need a hair cut) bulking up for a 2014 Natural body building show. Came in too lean for my other show...so need to come in a little bigger.. even if it's a 10 lb difference.

How are you anyway, and yeah I need a hair cut... I am looking a cross between the Chucky Doll and an Amish person.
 
After the holiday setback , I'm ready to get back on track this week. Although I did do 550 push-ups this past Thursday and 550 on Friday throughout my very physical work day.
