I was watching these on Youtube yesterday, and some are hilarious.
Oh, please, dude. For that overpriced piece of cheap plastic, I can pick up two Iron Man figures from Hot Toys. Why the heck would I even consider a Framemeister to play old, obsolete tech? Get with the times, homie, it's not good living in the past . I bet you still have a mullet and use Windows 3.1!
Ah yes, being stuck in the past is the way of the future!

I was mulling over getting a Framemeister for the past two months and finally decided to pull the trigger a few weeks ago . Ryan pretty much convinced me to get one, and in terms of gaming, it's probably the single best thing I've bought this year. It's expensive (and costs as much as a console), but it's a solid investment.
In any case, I was playing a bit of MGS 2 on the PS2 for the past few days, and I can say there's absolutely no way I'm going back to the HD collection. The game runs buttery smooth at at 60fps (which is surprising for a PS2 game). I'm also shocked at how many graphical details were simply lost in the HD conversion. Everything looks perfect just the way it is on PS2, and it's pretty neat that the Framemeister is able to produce accurate scanlines as well.
What cables did you use ?
anyone focusing on Japanese region games instead?
I find the Japanese region more worthy simply because of the box art, and mostly full color & nicely drawn manuals. I think only the Famicom & Gameboy came in monocolor manuals.

I Am I think the art is better and it's the original the American release they always leave something out .
Here are some of my games:

Me too, I mainly collect Famicom and Super Famicom stuff mostly, I recommend buying from 'yamatoku-classic' on Ebay, they are one of the biggest companies that deal with retro stuff in Japan, most of the main titles can be had for really cheap, and the Japanese version tend to be less expensive then the US version. For example Mario RPG US version is $50 bucks while Japanese version can be had for around $5 complete with box, it's mostly the text heavy RPG games that are super cheap in Japanese, just keep looking at yamatoku-classic auctions and make sure you fill up a shipping box to save on combine shipping fees. (should be paying $3 -$4 shipping per game)
All the PS1 Bio Hazard 1-3 and Final Fantasy VII - IX, I got from them for around $1 each, plus around $3 shipping each once you average out combine shipping, they all came in mint condition complete with box and instruction booklet. (not all of them do, they show you pictures of the actual item so make sure you like what you're getting.)
