Add me to the list of getting one. I might just hang it on wires on my ceiling in the corner of the study. Might as well complete the set since I've gone way too deep into the void LOL

I will hang it if it has some stable and hard points which I'm sure they will probably have or included with the design. Do you really think they would limit it to be displayed sitting on a coffee table? For the size alone and for them to expand their customers (those who don't have available floor space) who can afford an alternative option of displaying it.

I think people are always going to run into the one thing that even the definite 'must-buy'-ers are mentioning...the size.

I do not think even the cost is going to be such a hold-back as the size. Look at how many people are fully on board for a full set of AVENGERS and that is over a grand, after all.

People will look, and think "Wow, that's amazing...I want one" Then realise that it's actually 22 1/2 cubic feet (approx) of display space that they will need (5 x 3 x 1 1/2 ft) and that will be that.

:exactly: I would like to have this and maybe after seeing the movie, have to have it.

But I have no place to put this.......I don't even think i would have room for the box it would come in :dunno

I got my money on 1000 pieces world wide being made and 1000 pieces eventually being sold. I think it will take awhile, may even be sold at discount at the end..but yeaah. 1000.

The camo tumbler has already been announced over on their website right?

That new teaser of Bane is standing on it.

Edit: yeah, read under the "Bane is ready to come soon" headline. It mentions the one of a kind camo military vehicle. Certainly suggests its coming as well. And that's definitely a 1/6th tumbler the HT Bane is standing on.

Make some more room boys.

I would imagine Christian Bale would be the worst imaginable FedEx guy, he would just ____ the box through the window.

Cinemaquette makes scaled Batman vehicle replicas that cost as much as $2,000+ and their edition runs are limited to 500 so it's probably a safe bet to assume that HT will make at least double that amount of Bats. If CM's Batwing sold out at $1,500, I'm sure HT's Bat will have no problem selling at least that many at their lower price point.

Given the size, I'm dreading this thing may actually cost something like $1,500

the bat is huge, but is made up of a lot of flat parts and empty spaces. doesn't have alot of mass. it's just a space killer. but It will have to do some awesome stuff in the movie to win people over.

1000 I think

Between die hard Batman collectors and not so die hard people with a lot of money, I can see them shift those kind of numbers

My sense is the Tumblers probably (combining both releases) have about 5000 or so owners

This will clearly have a lot less but still get to 1000 IMO

You are right- easily $1000 but possibly alot more. They won't sell alot but they don't expect to. So the price might be $1200 plus to make it a higher end thing that sells less but makes HT plenty of $$$$.

I think they'll sell 1000 no problem. It's just the impractical size and the cost that will turn people away.

Shouldn't this poll have been created after we got full specs and a price?
