Harvesting her antibodies... and such/experiment done by Wesker... apparently killed/stopped her cells from producing (or reduction) melanine...

May also explain why she was hooded/masked at first... to prevent sun burn

The device on the chest is for mind control primilary.... It was not stated to have effect on pigmentation....

as much as i want the jill figure, i had to cancel it for now due to money. hopefully i will be able to pick it up at a later date for the same price or cheaper.
