They give you the back of the belt to make them into full belts.

The DX12 'plain' belt is far superior and you can easily attach the new armoury gadgets onto it.

I haven't even bothered, I think DiFabio was saying they're manufactured in a way that allows them to break easily.

Yes. They felt flimsy and were a nightmare to clip together - unclipping was even worse.

If you look at reference images long enough, you will find every element of the entire suit is "off" to some degree. But these (DX12 *and* Armory version) are still some of the best releases HT has ever made.
