Yet another theory is that everyone has individual tastes and individual opinions so one person's favorite figure of the year can reasonably be another person's least favorite...we are talking about art not science so one really cannot rationally challenge what someone else likes right...?

I disagree Franpincho. Just because a figure isn't someone's favorite pick for the year doesn't mean they don't like it. I love my Deadpool, yet he didn't get my vote for figure of the year. Heck, Batman is my favorite character, and his figure is phenomenal IMO, yet he didn't get my vote either.

I agree, the thread is not "what I like the most." But you said, "is not all that liked," followed by, "6 votes to 20+ means it sucks." So War Machine obviously doesn't win FOTY 2016. That doesn't mean people don't like it, nor does it mean it sucks. I stand by my respectful disagreement with your post.

Yes but again the voting is based on opinion, this is not an official poll, judged by official members to determine what is figure of the year, it's people voting on their opinion. I'm sure more than 6 people liked WM, but they didn't all vote in this thread, the results here are not an indication of popular opinion towards a figure
