Ok - So I need a way to swap out both Tony and Rhodey on the same reveal helmet.

Love the magnets! I use them in my models for scenery all the time. Do you have a source for the really small ones? The smallest I buy are about a half inch.

May want to try the jewelry isle in Michael's or Hobby Lobby and pick up some magnetic connectors.

Nope - No shadow effect applied. I don't like the look of painted shadows on 1/6 scale. Not needed in my opinion.

Im impressed that your paint job turns out so clean and dust free. I did some chroming for my endoskeletons before, it can be tricky sometimes to keep them dust-free. Did you build a custom paint booth or something to keep the model dust/particle free when you are painting/drying it?
