Iron Man Mark V, known as “The Suitcase Suit,” is a lightweight and portable version of the Iron Man armor that can be donned quickly when danger strikes, allowing Tony Stark to suit up in a matter of seconds – something he desperately needed when he was ambushed by Whiplash during the Monaco Grand Prix!

Hot Toys presents the 1/6th scale Iron Man Mark V Collectible Figure and Diorama Base Set available only in selected markets. The accurately recreated "Suitcase Armor" figure in diecast features articulated armor pieces and highly poseable structure for dynamic posing and display.

Skillfully crafted based on the image of Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark/Iron Man in Iron Man 2, the over 32cm tall diecast figure features a Tony Stark head sculpt with battle damage effects for added realism, an interchangeable helmeted head with LED-light up function; the intricately detailed Iron Man armor design in precise proportion, comes with articulated flaps and extended range of articulations; painted to the finest detail in red and silver coloring with a metallic appearance; LED lighted eyes, arc reactor, and arms; additional interchangeable parts with battle damage effects including LED light-up left arm, chest armor, shoulder armors and hands; finely sculpted accessories such as Mark V suitcase and Whiplash arc reactor.

What’s more! The figure exclusively includes a highly elaborated diorama base reminiscent of the dramatic showdown between Iron Man and Whiplash, complete with damaged motor parts and guard rail from the circuit.

Be sure not to miss the opportunity to own the special Mark V figure today!

looks like they couldn't be bothered with just releasing the base itself when the current standard mk 5 exists lol gotta sell more iron mans somehow

They could’ve really made this exclusive stand out had they included the new headsculpt from the suit-up Mark V and add in the partial helmet pieces. Instead, this is just a second reissue of the original diecast (which is barely starting to ship stateside) with a stupidly large base to charge you more. The regular version is still in stock at most places last I checked. The base doesn’t even look all that cool. I'm no expert on any kind of racing cars, but the tires look pretty small let alone the rest of the car parts. The actual floor part for the figure to stand on for the new base looks to be the exact same as the one included with the mk46 reissue, but with an IM2 nameplate instead

If they want to keep finding excuses to pump out Iron Man when are they gonna start doing proper battle-damaged suits. I would have thought a BD mark 50 would be a no brainer.

Are hot toys being serious? They're announcing the exact same figure [but with a different base] that's only just started shipping out.Just when i thought hot toys couldn't get any lower, that go and pull this.......:banghead:banghead:banghead:banghead:banghead:banghead

Wow, doing this at the same time that people are receiving the reissue it's quite dishonest. For all the people that made the effort to buy the reissue it's completely a shame. And of course another Iron Man. Hot Toys is slowly dying.

Yeahhh, I'm bored.

I....I don't understand...a toothpick holder? A toothpick is something that needs a holder?.....and a high-end Toy company needs to make this?.....

To be fair, I'm not sure if it's common in other places. But in Asia it is like a norm to have a holder for your toothpick. But then again..I never expected Hot Toys of all people to offer something like this....these are things you can find cheap in marketplaces all around smh.

The part that always annoyed me about this part of the movie was when Whiplash cut off the nose of the car, would have also cut off Tony's legs.

Has always annoyed me, always will.

Yeah b-b-but IRON MAN!!!111!!

I could go and find a gif of Guy Pearce saying “Desperation” from Iron Man 3. But I’m lazy, like this release.
Honestly this has to be one of the most egregiously lazy and insulting things that Hot Toys has done in recent memory.

I'd wish HT would ease it with the MCU suits and dive deeper into the comics' suits if they are gonna continue making Iron Man suits. I'd love to see how HT would do the Extremis or Bleeding Edge armors. To be fair, they have dipped their toes into this, but those figures have that nasty clear plastic shell permanently attached to the body, which makes those figures extremely unappealing to me.
