The thing is, Warpath is still a red tank, it's not like Perceptor who got turned into a ugly looking half track or Kup & Blurr who got their unique looking vehicle modes changed to generic, modern day Earth vehicles.

My latest is Voyager Class Highbrow...this is an awesome Transformer. Alt mode is a twin engine WWII fighter plane (no pics, sorry). Head even looks like an old WWII pilot.

Perceptor's a research truck, it fits. And Kup a generic modern day vehicle mode? I will give you Blurr, but come on, everything about Kup screams retro. And an H-tank is just as large a departure as Wreck-Gar's new bike mode. Oh well, agree to disagree I suppose.

The concept fits Perceptor but the execution was poor, I did a brief Google image search for half tracks and found nothing that looks like that thing Hasbro came up with. I think something like this would have looked much better,

Swap the missile launcher for the telescope thing and it would have been perfect.

shorter than optimoose, and probably right in-scale with the seekers, and grimlock... so he'll work ok with the generations/universe figures methinks.

Hasbro, have you no shame?

Hasbro seems to have reached a whole new level of false advertising with the Dark of the Moon series. The paint and materials of the figures themselves is abysmal, but what's even more sad is how Hasbro's product photography misleads kids (and adults) as to what they'll be getting. This is really, truly pathetic.
