Thanks for the tips Les. Do you use any addatives in your paints or just water?
Also, when mixing do you use a certain unit of measure to create consistent hues.
I do agree with you guys on the Hudson sculpt looking a bit portly.

SOMEBODY SAVE ME. I'M OFFICIALLY A CERTIFIABLE ALIENS NUTJOB!

Just ordered the sixth scale table set with chairs for only $22.50 from War-Toys... picked up hudsons sleeveless t too.

Forget which color it was in the film (stainless steel?) but I have chrome paint... now I can pose my guys having breakfast in the Sulaco AND I do have a custom Bishop so the knife scene is doable.... help me!

AND we are very close to 100K hits, let's celebrate with an image blast party when we reach that milesone!

It's just ANOTHER set display I'll use. Not like I'm gonna have these guys in one pose all the time. Remember, we're gonna have them for our entire lives, so why not... I'm a very creative dude, what can I say... besides it can also work for a Bishop work table and some poses with the Marines planning moves @ SL 3...

I like to mix it up from time to time... Variety, the spice of life.

I think what you're doing with your marines is truly commendable, and if I had the time and space right now, I'm sure I'd be doing exactly the same thing. I've thought about how cool it would be to do something different like the mess hall scene too, but you're actually planning to do it, and that is just too f'n cool! Like you said, this is a once in a lifetime thing, so why not enjoy the hell out of it right now and for as long as we all can?! I'm taking my time with my own marines (not that I have much choice at the moment), so I may not be able to share any pics until after the summer, but I hope you'll enjoy my creative efforts as much as I've been enjoying yours!
