That’s the medicom hat, and thanks Zed! It’s been fun and frustrating but I’m liking it. We’ll see how it turns out

Yep. That's looking great.

At the top the hat kind of mushrooms out just a wee bit so it doesn't look so tapered to the top... if that makes any sense.

I was lucky enough to get good deal on a Cindy horse online for under a tenner. I figured I could paint it to look similar to the horse in Raiders for another custom Indy display. Here is what I have come up with so far.

The stirrups were too small so I used some old can ring pulls which fit the boots better and craft felt and other things for the saddle blanket. I am not sure whether I will add real hair. A work in progress (like everything I have!) but I think it doesn't look too shabby as is.

Once I finish my hat and head, if any of you guys are interested in a hat, I may be able to get some casts made. If anyone can offer moulding and casting services, lmk. I would love to offer the head and hat together, but that would be a recast. Though the head is chopped and modified and the hair and ears would be completely redone on the sides, it’s still that sculpt. I just can’t gurantee a fit on other Heads out there.

More progress on the hat as well as a test fit of this sculpt on the JXtoys S02 body. I’m kind of liking the look of this body. What do y’all think?

Yeah the hat is still being worked on. I’m gonna polish it up and add some textures and all that. The jacket is actually the HT jacket. The pants are HT as well. The shirt is probably 10 years old and is huge. Not sure where it came from but it works for right now after some modding.
The gun belt, and holster, as well as my bag strap is from Stevostoys also about a decade old. Haha

To me, SteveO does the best Indy belts and holsters and I used them on mine too. Very promising looking Indy you have there.

The shirt is probably 10 years old and is huge. Not sure where it came from but it works for right now after some modding.

Sounds like the old ‘Relic Hunter’ figure shirt. I’ve used it a few times over the years but, yes, it’s oversized. Needs stitching up to get a good fit.

Thanks for the kind words Punisher1974 and FastStreets.

Here is the Raiders horse next to my latest custom project: Buell the horse from RDR2.

I have also been repainting the three Sideshow Raiders heads I have with mixed results. I have always loved this sculpt.

Ps. That Indy looks brilliant so far Rogster. Well done.
