This whole concept that the blaster are “realistic versions of the animated blasters” is utterly ridiculous to begin with.

It’s either animated, or realistic.

You'll have to take it up with LFL since they've approved the use of the third style of DC-15 for a long time, mostly on toys, figures, and other merch.

Could just be that the people stamping the license approvals don't see the differences and the manufacturers are going off of some now ancient files they've been sending out forever that no one has actually looked over since the Y2K era.

I can be an accuracy nut when it comes to these sorts of things so I get the passion everyone has. Best to just move on at the end of the day. We're all fans here.

Everyone needs more clean Clones. I still have Sideshow Clones as well but I wouldn’t pass up a Hot Toys version of a Clone I already have.

These may end up going the way of the Rogue One Stormtroopers and be difficult and pricey to track down in the future.

It would be more sensible to get them now while you can.

I actually purchased a couple Sideshow shiny's/veterans for Phase 1 representation after seeing HT didn't fix their phase 1 bucket. If I get the HT one It will be phase 2 exclusively (like my HT 501st is)

first impressions are very good, I think the plain white is definitely my favorite clone. I especially like the phase 2 bucket but I bought this for my AOTC display. I only bought 1 wish I at least had 2 but we will see if they get more in.

Congrats on getting the figure in! Looks great.

I'm still partial to the 501st myself, but the base Phase 2 looks just about as perfect as a Clone Trooper figure could be.

The Phase 1 looks good overall too, but I'm so glad they included the Phase 2 helmet.

Would definitely get a second if you can. I think you'll have the opportunity to.
