They have before. I don't remember for which but I remember when two figures released a few days apart from one another. It's rare though but Deadpool has to be next so he'll be out sooner or later.

It's happened a couple times though it's rare. But every time they do a coming soon photo at least one figure not in it gets released before the ones (edit-meant before they all get released) in the photo release. Last time I think it was Stan lee and one other figure if I recall correctly. But no figure has ever been delayed by hot toys once it's in the coming soon picture, so that's not something to worry about(someone brought it up)
