I had the same problem with the black watch. I asked Sideshow for a replacement, and they sent me another one really quick. Hope this can help you.

Mine is already here!!! :yess: However, I can't open it till this night... This is the first time Sideshow send me a figure dierctly from Hong Kong. Don't know if it is normal.

My very first Hot Toys preordered was Joker DX11, but the first figure for my collection was Batman DX12 while waiting for DX11. Awesome figures that started my addiction to this hobby.
