Howard loves making money. This show was pretty cartoony and those make more interesting action figures and sell better than something from say, Andor, ever would. That's not a popular sentiment on these boards but I believe it's accurate or Howard would be making figures from Andor instead...
I got him for 30% off, took half an hour to replace the arms with regular double hinged elbows and he is one of my favorite figures to pose. And I pose my figures a lot. One person’s trash is another’s treasure I suppose.
Andor didn't move a lot of units for any licensees, and my guess is Howard saw the writing the on the wall. Also, LFL really wasn't pushing licensees on merchandising the title for whatever reason.
I’m salty we never got Andor or even a Poe (from the sequels) to complete the main trio of friends from that saga.
