Finally got mine as well!

I still have one payment to make for my figure on SS. Really hope to get him soon. All that's left is $73 Seeing nothing but images is making me more hyped.

Mine was charged and has been preparing to ship all week, so still waiting...

Me too, I called today. First response was it is waiting to leave the LA port. Second response, waiting on Hot Toys to give them an arrival date. Clearly Sideshow does not know what the hell is going on.

So is the suit bunching up around the neck a pretty widespread issue? I see some that seem to not have the problem. Has anyone created a mod?

It's the only thing that really drives me crazy about my copy.

It is....

I FINALLY cracked this bad boy open tonight, and wow- what a figure!

I fiddled around quite a bit with both stand poles, the diorama backdrop, and the Scorpion tale. They all looked pretty nice IMHO, but I decided he looked best with nothing behind him to distract from how awesome the figure looks his own.

As promised, I stole Hologram AI’s pose from a couple pages back- thanks again for the inspiration!

And in case anyone is still interested, I also am sharing some pics of the figure with LiM Toys’ Peter head sculpt on it. I think it looks pretty good and I’m glad to have the option to use it in the future (especially after they completely changed what Peter looks like the PS5 Spidey games), but I’ll be sticking with the Spidey sculpt the vast majority of the time.

I love this thing. I haven't updated the Spidey in my collection since MMS143. What is that? Like 12 years? We had a good run. I'm giving Toby to my girlfriend to go with her Harley Quinn and transformers.

This might be as comic accurate as we're gonna get. Next stop I'll be backtracking for 2099, Scarlet Spider, and Iron Spoder.

There's just a couple of things driving me crazy. This wrinkle in the neck. And the seem on my copy's right side. I've seen some pictures of copies that seem to be perfect, and some with this wrinkle at the collar bone.



Even with the things that bother mer. I love this guy.

How do ya'll think I can clear up that fraying seem. I thought about hitting it real quick with a lighter like i would any other thing I want to seal but I don't want to discolor anything. Orr set my suit on fire ya know?? Lol. Sorry for the crappy pics while I'm at work lol.

Your SM is fine that’s par for the course on the stitching they’re all like that. Looks great enjoy it!


Are they currently shipping? Or waiting for a 2nd batch? Gotta grab him or go order from overseas. Gonna have to go back and grab some more PS5 SM figures as it’s one of my favorite versions of SM. (looks like they jumped in popularity as most are sold out now on SS site!)

Really digging this figure. Stand arrived nice and quick from Stoney's Stands -- I opted for a slightly longer than standard flight pole; it also came with a shorter, standard pole for museum posing.

I don't have the figure clamped so much as balanced. Quick shots. That print is going to get a nicer frame and I may switch out that bench, but this is definitely staying in the living room.

Is this guy in stock or is SS waiting on a second batch?

I went into Sideshow’s chat feature to check on my Classic Suit Spider-Man that I was charged for March 28th and received this response below. Hopefully it will actually ship this week.

Ok, so they ran the final payment in preparation of it arriving in our warehouse. It did get a little delayed making it to the warehouse but he should be swinging your way this week barring any further delays. Sorry for the extra delay and the confusion.

Mine is also webbed up somewhere that is not in Sideshow's warehouse. Hoping it ships in the next couple of weeks.

So possibly shipping this week i’m wondering if i should make an order or wait?
