Yeah let us know. I'm glad I lost the auction by $1.50 lol. It's all red flags to me. I asked for pictures too and he said he can't give me any. I asked if he could get some from his "supplier" and he never responded. Once I started getting into the specifics with him he either had no comment or wouldn't respond period.

Ebay has become totally lawless.....

I emailed them about several sellers who were selling HT figures that had not even been released for about 99.00.....total obvious scam.....linked the info they needed to verify.....

They took down my post because they said I was downing/shaming a seller......

Good luck bro, I'm interested to see how this plays out. I hope you paid via PayPal and used Amex or another CC as source of funds. this what you're doubly protected if it turns out to be a scam of some sort.

Definitely a scam. Here's another seller on eBay. Same 5 feedback. Same low price.

it's probably the same guy with multiple accounts. Notice he's also in Malaysia and shipping from Singapore for 1/4 of the normal shipping cost.

He probably has one uncle working for XM and another uncle working for UPS. This way he gets discounts on both.

Unfortunately that guy just got scammed. Feedback score is not the real issue it's the sellers location. Malaysia is a red flag if it was Singapore then maybe or even Thailand. But it would be so cool if it was legit. I also guess this one has no tags

Depends on standings with Paypal because you can still pay for something and the seller gets the funds straight away then you end up paying back Paypal. Buyer protection is a long procedure very frustrating. But I've no idea how good that feature is.

I've only had to use PayPal once to settle a dispute for a custom that arrived broken, and they came through aces for me.

LOL! yes I know, but I wonder if folks will be protected by eBay and Paypal / CC company.

They also start out low then bid on their own auctions at the last minute...saves the reserve auction fee.......

You see it over and over and Ebay does nothing about any of it....
