YESSSSS!!! The bat's fig looks stellar head to toe and I always love his wonderful toys

Surprised to see the Keaton sculpt show up so shabby with all of this time to get it right, but we'll see I guess. Either way, I love the ripped cowl option, just hope the the tune the sculpt up

What you see is what you'll get... HT never (if irc) fix any hs after the promotional pics.

After promotional pics???? I can't remember this, to be honest.
Really hope you're right, because this hs is a mess. Ace toyz and Iminime are far superior.

Aside from the ones that Skull mentioned, Avengers Thor and 2 of the Spiderman's suits come to mind. Also most recently Rocket got a pretty sizable overhaul . There a a couple more that I'm forgetting now

It seems like something they've been doing more frequently nowadays so I'm confident that this one has a chance

Prototype head sculpt pics looking quite bad, usually I'm not so critical as many of the other members on the forum. Looks like something from 5 years ago.

Im ready to dump my SSC Rewards on this figure. Probably get the batman figure and buy the broken cowl and keaton sculpt later. Thinking on selling my bat armory too many batmans in my colection since im already flexing Arkham Bats, Plus BvS batman is a must for me whe it comes out.

The Keaton figure baffles me. Even the presentation of the photo, the suit collar and shirt look awful. ****ed together for a bad photo.
HT have done sharper suits than this many times before. I just don't get it.

Definitely in for the Batman figure, waiting to see how much extra for the terrible Keaton head, hoping they could fix it like they did the Tony Stark from IM3.

If they fix the Wayne sculpt, then we're one step closer to my ultimate dream of an 89 Batman 2.0 set with turtleneck and jeans Bruce, Gough Alfred, and the Batsuit vault.

It's not the same sculpt, at least I don't think so. I was comparing details on the hair and chin for a while. And the proto paint is awful compared to the paint on this. Look at the eyes!!!

Anyway -- I hope HT would tell us whether the 1/4 version will push through or not.

EDIT: that looks like a different sculpt alright. what if it's 1/4? can't tell as the hand on the bottom pic was cut.

I'm excited to see this this morning!! I missed the '89 Batman figure so don't want to do that again. I procrastinated for too long on that one. While I was a fan of the movies when they came out, I don't think they hold up as well watching them today, but I love that costume!! I didn't think I'd be a fan of the body suit since I thought I prefered the '89 costume (except the Bat symbol), but after seeing this I think it looks great! Now to have to decide. I'd never ever put up a doll of a man in a suit on display, but it'd be nice to have the torn cowl and Keaton head sculpt... Damn you Hot Toys!!! I feel the same way about the Avengers AOU Hulk... I'd never use the smashing torso but I'd want both heads....
