I wonder if anyone has or will attempt to repaint this to the Mark 43 colors as its the same suit best I can tell, I'm sure hot toys will when the time comes:lecture

too much red color in the legs! just add the edge of the black t shirt and it would look just like the stunt man

Can someone confirm if the armor in AOU is a repaint of the Mk 42? If that's the case I'd want to wait for the AOU version..Thanks

I received my M42 yesterday. BEAUTIFUL piece of art, it's positively art! On another note the left shoulder on my figure shipped loose. It's not the hinge part with the ball socket, its the inner rubber shoulder piece that pulls out!! It's very loose and although it poses perfectly and nothing pops or falls off i exspect at $300+ everything has to be perfect. In addition the weak joint caused the shouldpad to scratch when I attempted to move it. Anybody else experience this? I'll keep you posted....

Very bad...

the 30 of august arrive the figure and come in with a little piece of the boot missing. Come new in the unoppend box and in the box there aren´t…

Anyone else find it impossible to get the batteries in the helmet due to the magnets near by?

Yea, after scrambling around for about 10 minutes I got frustrated and just taped them together into a cylinder. Made it a lot easier to slide them all in at once.

I got mine today as well. This figure is amazing. It's my first DC hot toy. My first bought new retail iron man too. Though I have most the others now. I love the feel, look, detail, pretty much everything about this guy. I am not a big fan of the stupid pole setup for the base. Maybe I'm just not getting it in right, but it seems loose. I do like the design of the base though. It would be a pain to get all these battery's put in, but it's a great idea to not install them. Especially for those that by mib at a later date or secondary market . You don't have to worry about the acid issues. Pretty smart actually. A kids too u would want them installed so the kid can open and play out the box. But for an adult collector line, it's pretty cool, and forward thinking. I'll try and get some photos up later. But, for anyone on the fence, jump off. This guy is fantastic.
