I think the Origins coat will basically eliminate the giraffe-neck issue by itself. Does anybody have any recommendations for 1/6 jeans for an origins-style bash? I am completely clueless as to what will fit right and what won't. I don't want to order a dud!

I'm wondering what jeans too. I'm sure the ebay link that was just posted will fit him, but I'm looking for some a little more modern looking. The last couple years, the tailoring and material has gotten a lot better with most companies. I'll post hear if I find something.

I ordered a set on Ebay back last summer for my civvie Avengers shelf.

It's a good set, even if you don't need the top, and most sellers who sell that set also sell other sets with different styled jeans(So you can get different looks, and for a decent price):

In this pic, Thor is wearing the jeans:

I have since put the top on Coulson, but Thor is still wearing the jeans.

Hello all,
I am trying to change up the Last stand Wolverine and realized that the body is bigger than Origins or The Wolverine's body's. The origins jeans didn't even go up to the waist! LOL. What jeans should I look for?
Thanks ahead for all reply's

The last stand body should be exactly the same as both other wolverine bodies, with the single exception of bigger arms.
The other two use TTM19s, and the last stand one is a TTM19 with bigger biceps and forearms which have greater poseablity.
Do you have pics of the legs side by side?

I'll try and post some , the legs are definitely thicker on the last stand body.
Thank you
(PS) My Captain America head should be getting to you any day
Thanks again

There are... exception to the rules. :lol

I have to agree with Heubert! As an artist, I concur that drawing any person in the realm of comic book art with perfectly accurate human proportions just doesn't look right. Almost all artists take artistic license with proportions, and it usually involves exaggerating things like the head-to-body ratio or even the total length of the body.

Now there are definitely people who take this way too far, like Liefield. But even J. Scott Campbell, one of my favorite comic artists, doesn't even come CLOSE to using realistic proportions. But he still makes beautiful art! :D

The legs on my Wolverine figure are horrible. Any bend in the knees and the legs buckle. Going to have to use a stand with him which annoys me.

Agreed. Same with mine. Not so much his knees, but his ankles. Very annoying when I tried posing him for my photography and he simply wants to drop over.

Not sure. I assume long. Never removed them to confirm when I did the costume change. :dunno

I was just wondering if the looseness you mentioned was due to the added imbalance you get with longer pegs?
Otherwise, it could be due to the peg hole itself(Either on the shoe, or at the ankle joint), being slightly loose.
there are a few fixes. If the ankle joint is loose where it attaches to the shin, you can run a few centimetres of pvc tape around it to tighten it up.
If it's the peg holes on the shoe or ankle, you can cut a square of the same tape(Maybe 1cm by 1cm), place it over the peg hole and then push the peg into it to add tightness. Finally, if all of those are fine, but the peg is just moving too much due to length, you can wrap a section of tape(Maybe 10cm long by 5 across), around the mid section of the long peg so that it won't deform the joint as much. All these fixes are non permanent and totally reversible.

Hey Lipsmack. I think I know what you mean by rubber banding he legs but would you mind posting a pic if you have one? Wolvie can't stand on his own and I have a couple other figures that could use some help too.

I've heard of all these issues with loose legs, but it seems I got lucky, cause mine aren't really loose at all:dunno

Just got home from work and opened up wolvie... No loose legs or ankles for me, couldnt be happier. Only thing i did was remove the tank top and re futz the shirt/jackets, love this figure.

Hippie, i dont post pics here but my friend can, ill ask her to in a couple hours when shes up
