Thanks username, us US folks call that restructuring...

Hopefully they can restructure and recover from this, its usually the smell of death for most retailers, I could probably still make pre-orders for the far off stuff, but things due in the next month or so will be hard to come by if they go under, hopefully their website side of the company will remain. Like most other retailers that go into administration.

I have my fingers crossed that they have enough sales for the administrators to see it as a viable concern.

My bad. I didnt realize you PM'd me. Doesnt matter now anyway. Was it the EX that converted or the regular?

The ex. Im not really looking forward to the gummy iron man, though

One question: now that I received the Email, I don't have to do anything right? I just get charged and they ship it?

Yep, you're good to go. Make sure you have the right address and CC on file so it doesnt accidentally get cancelled by SSC.

You can always sell the gummy bear...er, Holographic Mark VII...on ebay and recoup some of your money.

Looks like I got my shipping notice as well along with a tracking number:yess:. Unfortunately i have a projected delivery date of July 1st, but what's another week!

Anyone notice the weight? Only 4 lbs? I checked my order history and found nothing under 6 lbs. (Mark II AU), just thought it was kind of odd, but I guess there are not extra backdrops or anything particularly heavy in this set. As a comparison, my Joker 2.0 is on the way also and has a weight of 8 lbs... Lots of extras in there!

I have the right address to my house and the CC is credit card right? Yup, I have a debit on file.

I, too, received notification that my waitlist for the EX Mark VII converted. Email says it'll charge/ship after 6/28. Like Cunning562, the gummy Mark VII isn't something I really want.

For those interested in how their waitlist timing compares, I reserved on waitlist 04/30/12 for EX and 5/10/12 for the regular. Was worried for a bit as I saw other freaks around that timeframe this past week mention their waitlist had converted.

Is it okay to cancel the regular waitlist request, i.e. is SSC pretty good with getting you the waitlist item you want? I saw the fine print in the EX confirmation that sometimes they make a mistake with converting waitlists.

Very excited nonetheless, it's my second ever 1/6 figure! :clap

Anyone thinking of getting this and the battle damaged one? Im in two minds at the mo about which order to keep. this does look awesome but then again so does the bd :banghead:
Haha so many figures, not enough money or space to house them.

I have the EX coming and I have the BD version on preorder... Not sure whether to keep one, the other, or both:gah:.

Tough choices, I like the clean look of this one and also the non bd mk7 has a crapload of weapons which make it look crazy cool. While the bd mk7 looks awesome all jacked up but doesn't come with all the weapons that regular mk7 has.

If you arent sure about cancelling the regular version because the EX waitlist may fall through even though it converted (super unlikely) then just keep the regular version on order for now. You'll probably lose your NRD so you may as well just keep the order and sell the figure on your own for cost plus shipping (or more if you're in it for the profit). That way you dont lose the NRD and still get the rewards points too.

Plus, like 90% of other figures arent BD, they are clean...
