Better yet, why not just legalize all of it. They can control the supply, the distribution, and the conditions, and, in the process, they hit the hardened criminals that chop people's heads off where they really don't want to be hit: their wallets. I mean, if I were a junkie, I'd most certainly buy from a government who would still admit that I had rights than some dude who could just as easily kill me and dump me somewhere.:lecture

I wonder how many employers would hire you if you said you use weed?..even if legal....

I don't. I just think it should be legal.

I wonder how many employers would hire you if you went on your little "kill, kill, KILL them ALL!" rant during your interview?

Clear and presnt danger had the right idea...true story...when I was in the theater watching it and when they killed the kingpins family and his whole estate I said good...the lady in front started to argue with me stating that innocent kids were killed....I said they would be POS's just like daddy trying to hook your fkin children on heroin and whatever dope they sell...etc etc...That film had a real govt in it..lol

If legal...the restraints would be tremendous...you would not be allowed to do many jobs...nothing involving anything that might involve other lives at stake anyway...legal ok...but the laws would increase in regards to it's usage...no driving if you are a user, no machinery, etc etc...think about it...alot of things they can throw out there....no doctor is gonna put their reputation on the line saying the MJ could not have been an influence for fkin up on the job...just thinking is all

Sorry, I have to address this. :)

:lectureIt didnt work because of rights...

lol, so let's just throw out that constitution!

I say make drugs a terrorist act and go after all the countries that produce em.

But it's not, not by any definition of the word whatsoever.

...we all know who they are...

No, in most cases we do not.

we have satellites and technology that show us...

Show what? Fields of marijuana? These are not so easy to pick out as you seem to think... and certainly meth labs and what not (one of the real threats) can look like pretty much anything...

Bring some navy seals in and burn them all down in their countries...

Too many drug dealers, not enough SEALs. Not to mention a vastly disproportionate response and a misuse of very rare and valuable skills. Police can address that - in a much more appropriate way, for that matter.

kill as many as you can...

Again, vastly disproportionate response.

plus we know who all the kingpins are in these countries...

No we don't. And even if we did, money is too big a factor. More just pop up to take their place. This is the essential factor why the "war on drugs" doesn't work, nor prohibition back in the '20s.

very good...I kinda like that...

You're a friggin' psycho.

What, you mean like alcohol?

It's all ok...but it is a complicated issue here...Just legalizing it will throw so much out there...What if....happens.....just thinking is all

What, you mean like alcohol?
...just like alcohol...but MJ stays in your system alot longer... drug testing...Your a bus driver and it's ok to take MJ...nope...never will be ok...even on your days off...they will never allow that..just as an example...

I'm just stating is a very complicated issue here...If legalized not everyone will be allowed to use it due to certain responsibilities,jobs,etc..the mj law book restrictions would be insane

The high lasts a LOT longer with alcohol.

Not to mention there's no increase in aggression with marijuana.

Sure, the issue is complicated but it's nothing we can't handle. Better than incarcerating everyone and making the problem worse.

I hear that the government is the biggest importer and uses the proceeds to fund black ops and probably just to make money for anything. If drugs were illegal, there wouldn't be as much money for the U.S. government to make.
Keeping it illegal keeps the profits up. Import drugs secretly to sell for big money and then eliminate the competition because it's illegal. That's capitalism.

Many drugs have remained illegal for far longer than they should have. I think that, like issues of same-sex partnerships (marriage, employment benefits, etc.), these issues are bound to have more and more major changes in law as we move forward. Society has moved on, while the laws are still living in the 1950s.

It still even if legalized will be such a debated topic...no matter what...alcohol legally based on blood level measurements...MJ...just the fact one uses...means guilty in many parts...just saying...something to think about

I could very well believe that...yup:goodpost:

Couldn't agree more.
