I think there are two, the gap in the lens area (i removed it by my self) and the line on the top of the mask (you can see it on my picture)

My only real issue are the hip joints. At the time P1 was released NECA was using a swivel joint. The newer ones have a ball-joint. I like the added posability. Some don't like how they look, but I don't think they take away from the oveall look.

There are a couple of ways to remedy that but it does require some customizing skills.

I've got them all, I just got my City Hunter Unmasked (amazing detailed paintjob for this one), I suck at taking pictures but believe me they are much better in real life than on a picture...can't wait for the Big Red and the Elder (I hope they can pull of all of his frills etc)

And in case of these Predators they actually LOOK like the movie versions

This isn't a high-end collectible so don't expect that quality of paint work. That said, the paint apps on my 1/4 (closed mandible) P1 still impress me. Especially the armor. The paint on the face is easily the worst of the figure IMO, so if you're thinking about picking up the masked version, you don't have to worry about that.

The main issues people seem to have with these figures are the netting tearing and the joints being too loose. However, I received my 1/4 P1 in May of 2011 and the joints are still as sturdy as before and there is only one rip in the netting which was there when I received him.

I don't think it looks cheap by any means, but in a collection of mostly high-end statues it might. Overall it's an amazing figure and the $80 price tag only makes it better.

So, I'd get it.

I've got mine in the same cab as the PF Dutch and it doesn't look one bit out of place apart from the lack of a base.

These are the best value/quality pieces out there by miles.

The paint work on these far exceeds what you re seeing on the 1/5 scale P1 from sideshow. These fit right in with high end pieces. The paint apps are up to par with pieces 4 and five times the price, and the sculpt is second to none. Easily the best and biggest bang for your buck (maybe ever) for a predator collectable.

I think these 1/4 Preds are awesome, considering how much they are and how much of a pred you get, you can't go wrong. My City Hunter came with no problems at all, joints were steady and nice and no rips in the netting. Due to the weight of them and no stand mine did pull off an awesome face plant and now one of his legs are looser than before. Still, these guys look great in a collection.

If you decide to purchase the masked version there is an issue the visor on the bio. It has a gap that's too wide. Good news it that it can be fixed with some little work. Nothing major like the hips.
