I widened the head and Ski did the repaint. I just wish I had the picture taking skills to show it off more.

There still work to be done. I'm waiting on a cape obviously. I may get some kevlar decals in the future as well for the little bits on his arms and legs.
One thing though after some help from Hydeous I was able to get the chest plate to sit normal but for some reason my shoulder pads don't sit as low as I see everyone elses. It would really help if I could get them to sit lower because I cut a biy of the suit off trying to get the Medi shoulder pads off. If I can't get them lower I was thinking about getting some elastic to go over the sculpted elastic that wraps around the arm to cover the damage.

Gah, I wish! To big on an investment for me. Getting all the parts and such. Plus, I'd rather have Seb or someone who actually knows what they are doing do it for me.

Yeah, I don't blame you. I never planned this, never really wanted to do it. Just kinda happened. I started modding different things here and there and I just got the itch. You should at least widen the head, dude. It's easy.

I cut the bottom off where the neck peg goes and I stuffed it with Magic Sculpt until I got the desired shape. Then i just glued the bottom back on. You should blow dry the head first because it's much easier to cut the bottom part off when it's pliable.

Maybe you didn't cut enough of the torso upper rubber of the dx02? or you might need to trim the upper shoulder of the medi? Its possible that the rubber underneath the chest piece is still thick thus not allowing the chest piece to sit flushed in. I had to do a lot of trimming on mine. I don't think you can pull the medi arm suit any further so it has to be what's underneath the chest armor. Trial and error. Take off the chest piece and look at what you can trim down.

I don't think it's the DX02 torso because I cut the entire upper part off to make the chest piece sit lower. It has the be the upper/inner shoulder Medi part. I've already cut some off. Am I supposed to cut the whole inner part off that sits under tyhe suit? I mean I already cut a bunch of that off so that would be the only thing to do.

went to HD today and found one basically the same graphical elements but yet is NOT flex just glad I checked. Could't find anything that comes close to it so far... anybody else had better luck?

Yes. I bought the one that says Loctite Ultra Gel from Lowes and it works perfectly. Thenbest adhesive for rubber/vinyl I own.
I took all of mine out. Although I think I may put a very small amount back in to fill out the waist and thighs just a bit. Medi put way too much in.
