sculpting figs takes time to perfection....
question... is this hs from onimusha 3 or from his movie?
I agree, it's getting old. Hot Toys have taken ages on products too, Superman, and Avatar to name two recent ones, well not that recent anymore.
..but Avatar and Superman are just two of hot toys many licenses, ..they have been on time with almost every other figure(bar Ironman figures), so it's unfair to say hot toys are just as bad as enterbay in that sense.
I hope either company gets The Matrix licence this year. Criminally overlooked in the 1/6 scale arena.
One thing they've done great from the looks of it is the beard.
The only Leon I've ever seen which I think had the beard down good was Mindbooks ( and I'll still buy that figure if you're reading this ).
Dude your sig image is always crazy to me. I got to know Michael Badalucco when I was working on a short film with him several years ago. I was the costume designer and so I "got" to see him in his underwear.
Such a nice guy.
Haha.
That's awesome. Glad to hear he's a nice guy in real life , he was featured in a special features of Leon and he seemed cool there.
If you ever see him again get me his autograph please !.
I actually have his cellphone number in my phone. Funny story about his autograph. Its one of those unspoken rules about not asking for autographs an stuff while shooting because most of the people working on the set are volunteers and as soon as one asks flood gates open. And he was basicly acting for free. We were talking about his demographic and he said most of his fans are age 50+ women. And I told him my mom really liked his show(the one where he was a lawyer?) that was one of the networks. A couple of days later he handed me a newspaper and hidden inside was an autographed picture of him with a note written on the back about he and I working together on the short film.
Very cool.
