I wish I had brought the tabasco in the theater for episode 9, it's the only time I've ever laughed during a movie in disbelief over how bad it was and I saw episode I during its original run and a lot of other turkeys through the years.

love all the sequels, it's new canon. I'd rather have new content then nothing at all. Did they need to make them? Of course not, but they still pulled in billions and they'll continue to ride it out. Merch and all!

I’m the opposite I would, for the most part, have had nothing new compared to what Disney gave us. But I respect your point of view.

“Let the past die, kill it if you have to”

Next movie “Yeah so we are going to need to bring The Emperor back for this new movie.”
That is because of all the people whining about The Last Jedi. Disney panicked and changed the whole story to try to appease the fans.

I also enjoyed the sequels but can acknowledge many things wrong with them.

They did a great job with The Force Awakens.

Then they Game of Throned the follow ups lol

JJ Abrams did what he always does. He provides a fun yet hollow experience that lives or dies based on what you hope will happen in the next one. And if you don’t like the next one, his movie feels like a waste and is exposed for the empty experience it is.

ANYWAY, back to Vader. I kitbashed my own Empire/Jedi style out of various parts from all the HTs and a modified G.I.Joe “Roadblock” body. I think it strikes a much better silhouette than the ROTJ anniversary prototype.

That looks amazing, could you by any chance give a full breakdown?

Sure! And thanks for the kind words.

Body is mostly an old HT “Roadblock” (The Rock) from G.I. Joe, with The Rock’s arms swapped out for Vader arms from that standard ANH/ESB body. Trimmed away some of the rubber neck and chest. Pics attached.

-Helmet is from R1 with the tusk touched up with silver paint so they both match.
-Shoulder armor from R1.
-Cape is a “drape cape” from Jaxxon Xu, purchased from OnesixthKit.
-Bodysuit and belt is from ANH MMS279. No other Vader belt will fit around that suit. Vest is of course from ESB.
-Gloves, robe, and codpiece also from ESB.

-Boots were ESB boots cut at the ankle. This body will not fit standard Vader boots but uses normal ankle pegs. I was advised to drill the ankles to fit a Vader boot, but I did not feel like it, so I made some split-cut boot tops instead. Feet are from HT Infinity War Thor.

Hey, slightly off topic question for the experts out there. Does anyone know if the RO body suit fits the ANH and ESB bodies? I thought I remembered it mentioned that the RO body was a bit larger

It’s actually a bit slimmer than the ANH and ESB bodies, but the legs are longer. Any of the two-piece body suits would fit better than the original ANH jumpsuit.

Awesome. Taking a chance on someone making a body suit for them and I believe they use the RO for reference
