It goes back to the Carano stuff. But then it was very public fights with fans and most recently it was about internal disputes with Jar Jar Abrams about stuff like blowing up Coruscant.
That and he also leaked that KK eats 4 male babies a month and that he also leaks on himself.

Still waiting for the explanation of what Boba was doing for 5 years. Was he just planning on living with the Tuskens indefinitely?

Just another reminder of how bizarre this whole BoBF show has been...
  1. Tuskens killed offscreen
  2. Mayor disappears
  3. Mos Espa Vespas immediately sidelined
  4. Boba sidelined for Jon and Daves golden child (Mando) in his own show
  5. Black K immediately hired by the protagonists after doing nothing notable
  6. Luke Skywalker training Grogu and Ahsoka because why not
  7. Fennec does more than Fett (eg killing Sarlacc)
  8. Boba hasn’t fired his blaster once after 6 episodes
  9. Says he wants to train to ride the Rancor, guessing that’s happening offscreen then, need to save the budget for Luke
  10. Pykes somehow have completely different anatomy now
  11. Kitchen scene

Well when you put it that way....but look, Fett managed to terrify a bunny AND people
can say what they like, the years Fett put in learning synchronous dance moves paid off.

That...is yet another story for another time.

Add:
12: Hovering Slave One (or whatever the f it's called now) OVER THE SARLACC PIT looking for armor he was wearing when he escaped er, crawled out of the pit.
13: Allowing idiot mayor majordomo to be at strategizing meeting (and allowing him to speak!) How is he NOT dead already?
14: Not knowing how to fly his own ship and nearly wrecking it in the palace hanger.

I'm sure there's a lot more (like constantly saying "I am Boba Fett" like some pull-string doll) but...we all get the point. And now Rodriguez returns next week to finish off the hatchet job. What a shocking disappointment.

I think this show might prove to be more focused and cohesive than it seems, but the cohesiveness is built on themes rather than plot. What seems like a disjointed mess on the surface, with Din and Grogu seemingly sidelining Boba Fett for no reason, might have unifying story value when the individual plots reach the end of their arcs and the common themes bring everything together.

Boba Fett was orphaned at a young age. When he needed to find purpose with his life, he chose to wear Jango's armor and carry on his father's legacy as a bounty hunter. It's a legacy he seems to be leaving behind because it got him swallowed by a Sarlacc in his mid 30's on behalf of the powerful bosses who paid him money to do their dirty work.

Like Boba Fett, Grogu was "orphaned" at a young age. And like Boba Fett, his "father" also left him some armor. I don't think that's an unintended coincidence. :lol What Grogu decides about that armor will speak to what type of life he wants, and will have obvious parallels with Boba Fett's journey.

And like the other two, Din was orphaned at a young age (is anyone in this galaxy *not* an orphan? :lol). He was taken in as a Mandalorian foundling and given his ongoing identity. But is that his true self? Is there something missing in his life? Does he have a higher calling? He's at a similar crossroads as Boba Fett and Grogu; they're starting over and having to decide whether to carve out their own purpose, or follow a legacy chosen for them by way of history and the clan they used to belong to.

To get the most out of this show, it might not be possible by way of plot. But maybe they'll actually tie up loose plot threads in the finale to correspond with the overlapping themes. I hope so, anyway.
