So nobody's buying the non-deluxe version, right?

I guess if they also do his other look for No Way Home, and also offer than one with and without the Glider, then if a person wanted to have both Goblins but didn't necessarily feel the need to have both displayed on a glider simultaneously, then they could buy one deluxe and share the glider between the two figures off and on.

I'd imagine regular is tailored to people with limited space, such as most people in Hong Kong :lol. No way I'd buy a Goblin figure without the Glider.

Part of me wonders if they do the end of movie Goblin look they won't include the unmasked headsculpt like this version? Maybe just have a goggles version with the hood molded forcing you to buy both if you want the full unmasked hair and smile version to complete the look?

Goblin feels worthless without the glider. That's his thing.

Yeah that's the part I am trying to figure out. Either they have 2 sculpts or just one with goggles or a googles accessory that goes over the face. The reg GG has 2 sculpts so I'll assume they'll go with 2 in the Final Battle Goblin.

I hope Final Battle Goblin comes with a glider so maybe one sculpt will come exclusive with that like you said.

If Rocket can have removable magnetic goggles, no reason Goblin couldn't. I'd bet the exact same DaFoe sculpt ends up coming with both. And gimme that smashed Goblin mask as a bonus accessory.

Part of me wishes Hot Toys would include the unmasked version head for both versions. But I feel like they would want to keep it exclusive to just this figure to force you to buy multiple figures. Kind of like how for the Peter figures they had the magical box prison thing exclusive to the Spider-Man (Battle Version) Movie Pomo Edition for $345. While the (integrated suit) $425 did not come with that item. I think it is their way of forcing you to buy more to get the ultimate complete figures for the movie.

Exactly. I don't need two gliders, one will be enough. My deluxe order for this one may or may not survive depending on what they reveal for the Final Battle look. No NRD helps.

That would be evil. Which means chances are high 😅
How come there are no payment plans for this?
SS often wants to be the first to get orders up for their market, so they throw them up before they're entirely ready. During this period they often don't have the product page finished yet (few or no pictures), don't have payment plans set up yet, but they're also not charging NRDs yet.
So for those that want to lock in an order with no NRD, it's a sweet period of time. But for those who want payment plans, might have to wait a bit for them to finish up.
That's why I like to get in early, no repercussions if I change my mind. I've done this with several MCU figures in the past.

It's due to it being a Sony related figure. Happened with Venom, Carnage and the Holland Spider-Man figures. They all go up with no NRD and no payment plan options. I think it changes after some time.

Of course HT will do BD look with this same headsculpt, glider and some modifications on his suit
easy money and less work..

While the purple mood lighting is nice for the photography, in this instance I think it's a tiny bit dishonest because it's meant to imply the two-toned green/purple paint of the original, which this figure does not actually include (afaik). Makes the figure appear more accurate than it is. Going with other lighting like orange would more obviously display what the figure is and is not. Out of 13 pictures I think only two or three of them show it in more honest lighting.
I think most people realize that so it's not a big deal, but does make the figure look better & more accurate than it will probably look in hand.

Up at BBTS, by the way.

I'll hold off until one of those coupons hit my e-mail, similar to Fennec, there is just no rush for me, I have so much time.

Looks like $285 is the new base price for figures with head sculpts. I couldn't imagine having GG without his glider though.

That was my plan, OG Goblin on the assumed FB Goblin Glider to fight Tobey, Ock to fight Andrew and FB Goblin to fight Tom. Can never get enough Willem Dafoe.

Part of me prefers the look Goblin has at the end of NWH and would rather own a figure of that, but I’ve always been such a fan of the OG mask ever since I was a kid. If for whatever reason they include the undamaged helmet with the bd figure I’ll probably have to switch orders

I don't see them including the undamaged helmet for that version if they do it. If anything the bonus accessory will be the broken version of the mask.

It’s extremely unlikely for sure hence the “for whatever reason” comment. Still, I’m holding out hope that they might do it a la giving Armored Thanos the Infinity Gauntlet, though at least for that it made sense given a lot of marketing material had him wearing it iirc
