I'm thinking why this version of Gwen has been so lackluster is due to only one version of her is done by Hot Toys (minus the two of her done by Bullet Head and Young Rich Toys which looks like a golf ball with divots [and a School version as well]), plus she has not made an appearance in a video game yet as of now.

I do like this version of Gwen, however I'm not in a rush to get her.

The ratchet joints really help with the articulation for a HT female body





The proportions are spot on IMO to the film

But anyways, this looks like a solid figure and I do plan on picking it up. Question. How's the suit material? Would you feel comfortable leaving the figure in dynamic poses for an indefinite/extended period of time?

I actually think it’s pretty durable compared to the material they had on previous female figures. I still wouldn’t keep it too long in extreme poses but I have experimented with her poses and it actually survived ..but the ratchet parts help with the survival of the material in my opinion, the movement blends well with the material of the outfit when posed . In other words..I think a BW with this type of ratchetEd body will benefit movement for a BW , more than we have seen without fear of damaging the material. They are definitely on the right track with this new type of body on a skin tight outfit .

I gotta say, I'm really digging the pose where she's doing a backflip with her hands touching the ground! Amazing posing! She really looks like a gymnast there!

Received my email from SS that she is shipping Tuesday. This and Miles are my most anticipated of the year. Who knows when Miles will get released let alone from SS. Really wish Hot Toys would have made more from this line.

I was already incredibly tempted to pick this up, so between the new teaser and a local comic shop having a 20% off sale I knew I had to have it! It’s definitely a very nice looking figure, but I’m a bit hesitant on posing out of fear of messing up the suit.
