wait how did you get the hands to work since the pegs are smaller?
I don't think the pegs are smaller. The hands fit perfectly on the pegs. Heating them up first, I found works really well. Glad I could help.
oh ok and does it come with the web shooters and shoes?
Unfortunately no. I purchased all those separately parted out along with the head and hands. The suit has the slippers printed on the the suit but I had an extra pair.

No. The suit comes with the hood. At least the one I purchased did. It's connected to the suit in the front.

yeah but the elbows are kinda bad, im gonna use the phicen for my action poses and the hot toys for the more static posesI’m all for customs ..but this Gwen has phenomenal articulation for a female HT body
is it just the hot toys head with the hood removed?
No. The head I purchased was from the Bullet Head Ms Stacy. I don't think the hood is removable on the Hot Toys.
ah ok ill see what i can do seems the cheapest the figure is like $200 and no one seems to be just selling the head
You could probably use the HT hooded head but you will have to mod it to fit on the Phicen body and remove the hood on the suit. I did this with an older Gwen figure I put together. PM and I'll post picture of it for you there buddy tomorrow.
