At least Toys Buying Agent treat us the same with free shipping as long as it's under 2kg, otherwise all bets are off.
I like Sugo, and if you preorder at the start their prices are really good. I always check Sugo and Popcultcha and go for the cheapest.
Yeah I agree Popcultcha have a better rewards system. However Sugo tend to get the figures a bit quicker… and you are right… for the first 3 or 4 weeks of pre order, you can generally get $50-$70 AUD off Hot Toys at Sugo.

But yes Sugo are excellent and so are Go Figure as well. The only overseas I would consider are TBA or Kghobby. TW are overrated IMO.
