Ada: TbLeague is releasing new bodies that are less muscular or big breasts. I’ll try and find them and post pics since apparently I never help out. Lol
Sheva: that’s a tricky one since there’s no African American bodies for females out there. You’ll probably need to dye a phicen body.

About Jill I'd like the RE3 version of blue top and skirt.
Would love to see the specific bodies you tell me for Ada, as she is in serious need of a body improvement.
It is a shame about the darker skinned bodies. I really want to upgrade my Sheva and also would love to do a custom Vazquez (Aliens). I saw somewhere a Halle Berry head, but probably for a fully covered Storm. Hopefully one day!

No, it’s from the flirty girl which I also used for my classic STARS Jill which I posted a few pages back(2017) but you know some people can’t research on their own, lol.(not towards you lol but this thread is full of help minus some missing pics. You can still find what people were using to put together their customs/tips/etc). Honestly it’s the color that gives in the impression lol or the filter.

No problem! Hot Heart is re-releasing the skirt version and there’s another Jill set with the tube top and skirt.

Here’s the new upcoming phicen bodies:

I plan on using them for re1 Alice and updating the HH Claire body, they’re less muscular and busty. Yeah, it sucks that Phicen has giving up more color options for their bodies since it’s hard to match some head skin tones with their “suntan” body and pale bodies. Also, any figure that is fully covered won’t use a seamless body… even that Storm figure you’re talking about.

Thanks! Very helpful! Love that 2.0, way more than the 3.0, not sure what it is but (IMO) something looks kinda off in the recent one.

I really like the new models, the less conventional bodies like the S39 and this one are welcome additions and also helps to highlight the other figures.

Out of sheer boredom, decided to customize the SW Jill with the MT one.
Used the MT head, boots and belt. Everything else is SW.
MT boots (surprisingly) fit perfectly with this body. The foot pegs were a perfect match.

Yeah unfortunately so many of those items/clothes (from pages way back) have been discontinued some ago already. I did find some cargo pants and a green shirt from ebay though, no idea how it'll fit the SW body. Probably won't. lol
Ah well, if it ends up looking like s#*t then I might just say screw it, sell a few other figures, and shell out for that Geewhiz set. lol

Hi! I have been a long time collector but it is recently that I'm getting obsessed with 1/6. Even tho I have Hot Toys from 10+ years ago, I just began to put those jewels on display. Anyway, I got my hands on my first DamToys figure with Leon Kennedy (RE2), and that triggered the Resident Evil fever, lol! I already owned the HT RE4 Ada and HT RE5 Sheva Alomar, so I have a few questions Resident Evil related:

1) Best version of 1/6 Claire Redfield?
2) Best version of 1/6 Jill Valentine?
3) What would be a good body to upgrade my Hot Toys Resident Evil 4 Ada Wong?
4) I want to upgrade my Sheva Alomar too, bot haven't found bodies or heads that suit the character. Any advice for her and dark skinned customs?

as for 3) i have also looked around for an Ada body swap, i am currently tempted to try out the TBLeague S35A Suntan body, tho since i haven't got that body in hand i have no clue if it can actual work! my main worry is the height of the body, haven't found any specifications for it yet.

4) i think JIAOU Doll have the darkest seamless skin tone, tho don't know how good it is. doesn't Sheva also have tattoos??

Does anyone here own the War Story Tyrant figure with the giant base? I got him today but I can't manage to get him him to stand upright without falling. No mather how I place him on the stand, his legs always give in and he falls over. The legs seem very flimsy. I don't want to swap his body or anything.

I have him. I ended up risking using some bluetack and wire, and making sure he has something to fall back on if he falls down... It's not easy to balance him, thats for sure.

Sheva have a single tattoo in her left arm. Will check that doll you mention and will keep looking, also want to do some latin characters.

Yeah i have no idea about the ratio to the head, thinking it will scale well since the hot toys female bodies are fairly short and slim compared to most TBLeague bodies or atleast with the bodies I've owned.

Won't know for definite until I try it out tho which i plan to do just might not be for a few months since got some other projects i need to finish up first.

If you find any better body swaps please keep us updated!!

about sheva... if u can do a painting and some little custom, u could buy a crazy toys sheva.. its very very very very cheap... its a recast of hot toys but its almost a statue and had a very terrible paint job, but i think the head is straight recast meaning u could do a little custom with it since its still the same sculpt...

The only problem with the current phicen bodies they can be to big for some clothing and a pain to put on… even stretch or or rip the seams…. I’ve seen some RE female body swaps and they look overly muscular or too broad shoulders. A slim body for Ada would be perfect and the dress would look for fitting than tight.

I have one of these cheapo Shevas and plan on turning it into a proper figure eventually, myself.

Not gonna lie, for the 20 odd quid I paid for her? Not a bad bit of kit. Plenty of accessories which supply brilliant custom fodder.

I used a TBLeague S24A for Ada. Works pretty well, but she'd be pretty short without the heels. lol

This thread reminded me of my "White Elephant" Ada custom I started on a while back. I used the Phicen/Tbleague *S35A body. While it looked decent the cons outweigh the pros. Scrapped the project shortly thereafter.

Cons:

- Body too small for accessories. Hands can barely hold pistol, and strap keeps falling off of shoulder.
- Figure can't stand on its own (She's subtly balancing on Leon for the photo) and is incapable of wearing heels.
- Out of Scale with other RE figures.

Tbleague desperately needs to make a taller body with natural shoulders and small Breasts. I've looked at all their bodies and none of them line up with Ada's body in the remake. The S44 is probably the closest in terms of physique, but I already know it will be undersized as it's based on an early teenagers body.

Damn dude you beat me to it xD also planning on using a Rick Grimes jacket for an RE4 Remake Leon!!

Looks way better with the jacket man excellent work, tho i prefer the shoulder holster look in game the jacket look just works for figures!! mainly because there aren't any good shoulder holsters for Leon!!

Oops, meant to type S35A. But technically speaking it should been named S35B. After S10D, the Tbleague name/numbering scheme has remained consistent with:
Odd Number + B = Suntan Skin
Even Number + A = Pale Skin.

When they got to S34A (Pale) and S35A (Suntan) they screwed up the A&B lettering schematic.

- Don't have the Hot Toys RE4 Ada yet. Got a feeling I'll be picking up one soon though
