Where did you hear this? News hasn?t reported anything like that from what I can tell..
HBO hasn?t even announced for any other region yet. And not in Amazon fire stick.. it?s basically not really started yet

Yes, it would seem the plan is to consolidate & develop the "big" DC properties under the HBO Max umbrella.

Warner has realised that the DC characters are valuable to them so they are moving creative control of them away from the comics division to the movie / TV show teams (don't won't those hack comic book writers messing it up). Warner seems to have killed DC comics with this move and by stopping the release of floppies and only have digital releases of comic issues going forward (though graphic novels and trade collections will still be released in physical format). Comic book shops are about to go the way of the record shops (I'm sure Marvel and Image etc. will all follow suit now as well).
DC's movie and TV division is now stronger than ever I would have thought and they will need to be if Warner is going to survive the streaming wars. Grace speculated that Warner might now include free DC comics downloads in the subscription to HBO Max which seems like a good idea.

?During the LA reshoots for Justice League, Geoff Johns summoned me to his office to belittle and admonish my (and my agent?s) attempts to take grievances up the proper chain of command.
He then made a thinly veiled threat to my career.
This behavior cannot continue.?
These grievances he is referring to were against whedon and his treatment of not only him but females that worked on the movie that were being harassed by whedon on the set. Johns basically convinced warner to fire Snyder while he was morning the death pf his daughter and replace him with whedon. Of course johns would want to silence this **** because his ass was on the line but its all coming out now. Kharma is a ***** just ask Harvey Weinstein and Kevin Spacey
We know johns is done but I bet whedon regrets that 5 month stint lol. Its been nothing but bad pr for him. No wonder we keep hearing about a Buffy reboot/continuation he wont find any other work. He and johns will be stuck doing tv or financing their own indy projects from here on out until they pay their dues like Mr. Gibson and earn their way back via the publics trust/ collegue trust- if that ever happens. As of now both are done making movies in hollywood

I always suspected there was more to it than just Snyder's mourning. Seemed too "convenient".
I was still fine with JL, but the Snyder Cut can only be better. I didn't even mind this scene:
