Those giant gold er...nipples, are ridiculous looking.

The Bronzing is in the film, but it's way more subtle than this. This just looks like an artist attacked her breasts with gold. Doesn't look like weathering at all. Other than that looks pretty solid.

Agree, the bronzing looks terribly overdone, but otherwise the figure looks great!

It’s a shame that the figure hasn’t even been released yet and I’m already thinking about trying to modify some aspect of it. But I’m worried that it will be really hard to match the color on that part of her armor. I would hate to make things worse 😱

Yeah the weathering is pretty heavy-handed on the red portion of her armor based on that display piece. Still, I'm eagerly anticipating going online and seeing the final product pics!!! :panic::panic:

Same, I think its easily Hot Toys best regular suit WW to date.

I'm really intrigued to see InArt's WW being there first female figure and seamless body.

Yeah I think this one is looking to be a marked improvement over the previous BvS and JL versions.

Though I'm probably going to have one represented as her from the first solo movie; I have the Godkiller sword and shield on standby :D

Yeah same, I picked up a parted out sword, shield and brown harness/strap (Justice League) to use with this figure. Maybe I can use some of that stuff to block the view of some of that “weathering”

Good plan! :exactly: That'd be a good solution if the weathering actually turns out to be like that show piece hehe Though for me personally I reckon I wouldn't mind the weathering too much and I wouldn't mind not using the harness since I'd like to have her costume in full view. I plan to place her on a brick display base to sort of recreate their victory in the small town :D

That sounds good.

And yeah, my concern about using that strap when I bought initially (6 months ago) was that it would obscure her beautiful armor and I wasn’t sure if I would actually use it. But now I’m not sure, that said, based on the location of the gold weathering the strap won’t cover the areas that I think are the worst

I’m torn on that because I love the more subtle tones of the earlier suits, and the sword and shield combos. But I hate the rooted hair and terrible likeness of those earlier figs. So I’m hoping to do some swapping of bits to get my ideal figure. The body and head from this newest version, but the suit and weapons from the JL fig.

Hopefully HT notices the complaints about the golden nipples and makes adjustments to the production piece.
Yes, I hope so as well.

Not sure if the fact that the “golden nipples” seem to have been added after the initial prototype make it more or less likely that they will appear on the final production pieces or not.

Who knows, I certainly won’t begin to pretend that I have Hot Toys figured out.

Bad likeness and am I missing something? Why is there a giant gold splat of gold on her nipple area for the armor?

after so many attempts, and yet, still failed to capture Gadot's likeness. -__-
In InArt I trust.. Bring me a great Gadot WW!
Yeah, I ordered this Hot Toys version and have been waiting a long time for it. Overall I think it looks pretty good except for the overdone weathering, however I have to admit that based on what I have seen from InArt so far I am confident that they will produce a superior version of Wonder Woman.

The question for me I guess would be will InArt’s version be so much better that I will feel compelled to sell this Hot Toys 1984 version?
