I'm surprised no one brought up Mr Depp earlier! He woulda been my pick to have been way up there on figure count. Not only a huge number of roles that were deemed action figure worthy, but also large numbers of different versions and brands of each of these characters.

I honestly kind of forgot about him... but when I started thinking about it the number of figures added up quickly. Still probably not the top spot; but possibly the most for different characters.

I was surprised that in looking at my collection I actually have more Mark Hamill (all Lukes of course) figures than anyone else; 14 in all. Ford is close behind though with 11... I do have some of the Kenner micro-collection sets as well... so the numbers would be quite a bit higher if I included those.
