People argue the same stuff about eating all the time. It's a never ending cycle.

All you need to do is try different theories on your own body in order to see what works best for you as we all are different.

Lately I've been considering switching up my eating because what worked for me two years ago really well, isn't the case today.

As to what change is necessary for me to make??? I haven't the slightest :lol
 
I like Layne. Very common sense and wants to get people away from the myths of BBing.
Oh! If I come home and my ice cream's gone someone is dy'n so yeah it does!
 
never visit this thread, but thought Id drop in and mention Ive dropped about 20lbs over the last few months.
Was very surprised its about 90% due to just changing up my diet with little exercise and pretty much no cardio.
