i actually bought one when they announced the Duke figure was being made just in case. But now i have no idea where i put it I was hoping that it came with one so i wouldnt feel so dumb.

When I ordered Duke, I got him via a phone order originally. When I saw that they were still available later, I ordered on line and cancelled the phone order so that I could get the points. I just noticed that Sideshow cancelled the on-line order and shipped the phone one.


I think I owe Sideshow a phone call.

$120 figures aren't guaranteed sell outs like $60 figures were.
SSC's margin is probably significantly higher now, so I doubt this hurts as much as it would in the old days.

Thats my assumption, plus im sure they wont to turn inventory into dollars for other items.

Actual dollar amount yes, but I think the percentage might be the same. The cost of materials is up as is Chinese labor.

i think thats all voodu economics, personally. The cost of refrigerators, plastic hampers, televisions, coffee makers, tshirts, socks, jeans and most other things made of plastic or fabric aren't getting more expensive.
