You know none of these with the exception of Banner and Golden Age Captain America fit the profile of a exclusive as all the rest are popular characters and would have a strong appeal with fans so why limit production numbers

You remember the most recent interview they did with Howard CEO of Hot Toys I will have to look for that link but he basically was providing updates on the various projects that are coming out and have been delayed and he stated that they wanted to add an accessory so they decided to delay it until the next x men theme movie which will be " the Wolverine"
