This is going to be a train wreck of a release. Indy collectors are the most anal and detail oriented collectors I have ever met.

Nothing about this will end us being good enough.

That's what makes this so exciting and fun watching collectors spend $150.00 to $160.00 believing it's decent figure, but only to be told it's a train wreck and others chiming in that's it's an okay figure for parts and/or upgrades where everything is pretty much replaced resulting in spending at least $250.00 more for whatever to replace it while those who missed out believing it's really worth it spend $250.00 to $350.00 in buying it from price gougers and scalpers while there are still just eagerly waiting to see all the disappointment and misery that'll be experienced by some once they receive it.

I just so enjoy seeing the range of emotions and experiences from high to low that is representative of the never ending vicious cycle.

I canceled all my orders with them and got reimbursed for all except for one. Their message was:

I mean what the heck does that mean?? :):)

Ask a TW loyalist to explain it and then believe it without a doubt.

You received a refund for all except one? Good for you. You lucked out, but there are those who didn't.

Sounds like I should just cut and run then. I’ve been hassling them over that last one.
What a load of horse manure they are selling now. What shocks me is that Justin hasn’t parted ways with them yet.

Why should he? He's supposedly "benefitting" from the relationship with them so he has no reasons to part ways.

It's a classic example of where $ is > than integrity/transparency.

I would simply file a report and refund request with paypal. I just filed a cancelation request with them and if they give me any crap I will report them to my CC company and file a dispute and put them on blast in the FB groups including Justin's.

Love this pic right here. I’m dying to see what body they’re using. I was hoping more video reviews would be out.

You may want to actually use the full “Toyswonderland” or call it “Toys” as TW around these parts means Timewalker Toys….

and they are phenomenal.

Good luck with that.

Your post will be removed and you'll likely be blocked/removed from Justin's group and possibly any group affiliated with TW.

That's the look I am going for with mine , I already bought a custom whip and gunbelt/ holster to go with it. How soon do you think Sugo will ship our orders?
I’m eyeing Fisher’s belt/holster set myself. Sugo may be a while since they’re in Australia and have to wait on their shipment.

What's funny is that overall you look at the pic and it looks pretty great, then you start to notice the wonky whip, the giant holster, the skinny jeans pants cut, the oddly distorted boots, the fact that neither head is all that great of a HF likeness (no idea who that grinning head looks like) and you go.... huh. :lol

Yet.... it's a really pretty decent starter Indy right out of the box (a rarity in Indy 1/6 for sure,) almost like where we'd be if Hasbro did a very solid 12" Indy aimed at adult collectors in 2022.

Thats a good analogy. I fear when we get the actual, the drop off from the photos maybe pretty high.

Expect the worst, but if it ends up being better so be it.

A warped way to get all worked up about deliberately spending $160.00 USD on a figure with low to zero expectations.

It's like paying for an high-class escort who is a "10" based on the pictures, but when she arrives she could be a "3", but you're happy when you confirm she's a "5".

Unfortunately those are mostly signs of a toxic community. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but when it resents fanatism, then something is wrong.

Anyway, there's at least another category of people you didn't mention. Those who know the limits of this figure and of their wallet, and they'll settle with what they get. We might complain if we don't like something once we have it in hand, but we'll never say the figure is trash or only good for parts.

I'm very pessimistic in my posting style and view along with a hefty dose of sarcasm.

If you "got it", then fine.

If you didn't, then I need to improve my prose and/or put up disclaimers for the sarcasm challenged/impaired.

Of course, even with pessimism and sarcasm there is always a layer of truth.

I'm no fanatic. Unless, it involves never before seen nudes of Bettie Page.

As for those who know the limits of their wallet and settle with what they receive, I salute them.
