Absolutely agree with you:

Sarcasm, right?

Regardless, that’s not their Crown Gandalf the Grey- it’s the latest Gandalf the White head with scruffier hair, which, for some reason, is still super white and not available as an upgrade yet.

Even with that head, every aspect of the Crown figures has been outclassed by InArt- and I say that as a long time supporter of Amsus and owner of the Crown figure.

owner of the Crown figure.
Likewise, but, hopefully not for much longer. Even with the GtW sculpt and even if they do the rehairing properly, their sculpt is still not on par with InArt. That is why I caved in and ordered it. To me, there is simply no comparison between the two and its not only about the sculpt, but the remaining details as well. Like how the hands are weathered, not the waxy ones we got for the Crown GtG.

P.S. Yes, it was sarcasm 😁

I think that the big improve is not only the headsculpt, but the proper scale of the fabric (it drips naturally). In my opinion, Asmus did not manage, or simply didn't seem to care.

Best Gandalf sculpt ever, no question. The tailoring is phenomenal too- they really captured his slender frame. I was worried his clothing would look baggy. Hoping this is released soon!
